Heta Patel
Production Team Manager
Heta is the Production Team Manager responsible for overseeing the department who are the architects behind every event programme. Producing prestigious agendas across public and G500 sectors, Heta researches industry challenges and efficiency practices for topical session areas, forming and retaining close relationships with senior members of departments which form the speaker faculties.
As a valued member of the team, Heta is entrusted with the design of not only our established agendas, but also the launch of our brand-new strategy forums. Creating the content, programme, layout and execution of industry presentations, Heta delivers insightful networking topics for our speakers, delegates and sponsors. As part of the core team, you will find Heta works closely with all departments at Ah!media, to ensure successful deliveries of all forums, from beginning to end, providing essential speaker care across the production of the agendas, and the overall running of the event days.

Everything starts at Production, the architects behind our events. They research content, interview potential speakers and build great event programmes.
Delegate Marketing | Client Care
Our delegate marketing team invite pre-selected guests to our forums, have great relationships with hundreds of key decision makers and leave no stone unturned. This leads to us having high quality delegates and meaningful conversations at the events. Having good attention to detail, patience, great admin, clear communication & fab product knowledge of our events ensures our customer service levels are top notch.
Natasha Shenton
Client Care Manager
Natasha’s long-term strategies are aimed at ensuring that Ah!media is always at the forefront of hosting successful events. She is responsible for leading and overseeing a team that research, attracts, and manages senior leaders from both public and private sectors to attend our 'Invitation Only Strategy Forums'.
Natasha serves as a vital point of contact for both our delegate attendees and vendor partners throughout the onboarding process and leading up to the forum. She uses her in-depth product knowledge, industry insights and networking skills to successfully ensure we have a consistent fresh and engaged audience at our forums.
Natasha takes pride in her professionalism, team skills and on-site enthusiasm to collaborate with peers, ensure a smooth onboarding for our delegate partners and a that all delegates come away from our forums with a positive perspective.
Paige Aldred
Client Care Manager
Paige is responsible for leading and managing a team that researches, attracts, and manages senior leaders from both public and private sectors to attend the forums as delegates. Her day-to-day tasks involve overseeing the department, managing delegate and vendor care while serving as the point of contact for all delegates.
Paige forms great relationships with the senior decision makers. Both working very closely with the production and marketing department to ensure that top-level leaders are sourced to attend the forums. Her long-term strategies are aimed at ensuring that Ah!media is always at the forefront of hosting successful events, with a focus on delegate and vendor care from the very start of the process all the way through until the end of the event.
Paige works very closely with other departments to ensure that everything runs like clockwork. She has a passion for her work and takes pride in everything she does.
Dan Wilcox
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, Dan, is responsible for client management, client satisfaction and the onsite delivery of our forums across the public, private & big industry sectors. He manages all accounts that come into the business, being there point of contact in the run up, as well as onsite. While onsite, he has a hands on role, managing the onsite team/logistics ensuring smooth event delivery. Other roles include:
- Working closely with the production & sales teams, putting together the finalised agendas.
- Produces all onsite branding, working directly with external design and print companies.
- Oversees the company’s finance department.
Dan has been with the company for over five years, and has aspirations to continue his personal growth within the company.
Operations
Our operations team manage the smooth-running of and our forums and handle the management of our sponsors. From orientation calls for new sponsors through to getting the detail right on package delivery the vendor care team ensure our event sponsors have a great experience and connect seamlessly with our delegate clients.
Sponsorship Marketing
Our super smart marketeers don’t do spam. Setting the marketing strategy, getting our value proposition out to relevant pre-defined clients and only those who have opted in to receive communications is their gameplan. Distributing insightful market trend analysis and vital communications to our customers is all in a day’s work for our marketing heros.
Grace Lewis
Marketing Manager
Grace is the Marketing Manager here at Ah!Media. Since joining the company in November 2021 Grace has implemented multiple innovative marketing strategies that have opened new streams of revenue for the business, organically increased brand awareness and contributed to enhancing the Strategy Forums’ credibility within the market.
Grace oversees the brand’s social media presence, continuing to increase online growth year on year through her creative and engaging campaigns. As part of the core team, you will find Grace at all our forums producing high quality photo and video content.
Playing a vital role in Ah!Media’s lead generation campaigns, Grace critically analyses the performance of vendor outreach and is always ready to experiment with new styles of engagement to keep up with changing trends. As a manager, Grace continues to drive the marketing department forward as a key contributor to the overall success of the company.
Rachel Abbott
Account Development Director
As Account Development Director, Rachel is responsible for expanding Ah Media’s presence as the market leader within the world of corporate business to business events. She focuses on establishing relationships with new providers to partner with for our public sector, private sector & big industry portfolios. She identifies key focus areas for our industry clients and connects with relevant companies who can assist in addressing these. Other roles include:
- Account Management with clients – growing existing partnerships across more of our portfolio
- Managing and training her team of Account Development Managers
- Working closely with Marketing and Production teams to ensure the alignment between the forum agendas, clients, and providers
- Onsite delivery of events with particular focus on supporting provider partners’ involvement throughout
Business Development
Chilled sales, not boiler room. Our product speaks for itself. The business development team engage with new and existing customers, recommend very defined solutions that make logical sense. We don’t smash square pegs into round holes. If we call someone there is an absolute fit and we have the evidence to back it up, that’s why 92% of our vendors rebook within 9 months and most come back and book multiple events.

Our Top Management are responsible for the smooth running of our business and head up various divisions within the organisation. All have been promoted from within, and deliver a unified vision for excellence and integrity across all our departments and job functions.
Chris Hadden
Managing Director
Chris oversees the entire Ah!media machine. He is responsible for ensuring every department is meeting its own targets and continuing to achieve the levels of excellence we have all become accustomed to. Having worked his way to the position of Managing Director after joining the organisations as an entry level Business Development Manager, he has a unique appreciation of how each part of the organisation operates.
Chris prides himself on empowering his staff, always trying to help them develop the skills to utilise the outstanding product we have created over the last decade. Having seen the business turnover more than triple since he walked through the door, Chris has a real sense of pride in everything ah!media has, and continues, to achieve.
A real focus area for Chris in the short to medium term will be working with the management team to continue to improve process efficiencies within the business and push the boundaries of what can be achieved in the world of events. Ah!media has always been a market leader, and Chris knows that for things to stay that way, the hard work is only getting started.
Vincent Pegrum
Associate Director
Vincent is a seasoned marketing professional and a strategic leader as the Associate Director of Ah!media. He is responsible for overseeing the marketing department and streamlining processes and systems across all departments to maximise efficiency, ensuring that all departments are operating at their full potential.
His leadership has resulted in significant growth and success for the marketing department and Vincent takes great pride in the impact his team has had on the organisation. He fosters a culture of creativity and ownership within his team, leading to innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Vincent is committed to driving innovation in product development and ensuring that Ah!media continues to add exceptional products and services to the portfolio. He also conducts extensive market research to gain insights into emerging trends and customer needs, allowing Ah!media to stay ahead of the curve and create products that meet the evolving demands of the market.
