Looking after our delegates, managing diaries, planning travel, arranging any special requirements falls under our customer care crew. Having good attention to detail, patience, great admin, clear communication & fab product knowledge of our events ensures our customer service levels are top notch.
Our vendors sponsor our events, vendor care is the one stop shop for anything relating to the smooth outcomes at the forums. From orientation calls for new sponsors through to getting the detail right on package delivery the vendor care team ensure our event sponsors have a great experience and connect seamlessly with our delegate clients.
